Free Gas Boilers For Landlords

We have approval and accreditation to fit new gas boilers in managed properties.

This is a free service we are offering our Landlords.

To qualify the properties must have

A Gas Boiler running less than 68% efficient or a Back Boiler

And the Tenant must be in receipt of:

Stand-alone benefit (just one of these)

  • State pension credit
  • Child tax credits (relevant income below £15,860)

If the Tenant does not receive any of the above then a combination of the following benefits:

  • Income based jobseekers allowance.
  • Income related employment support allowance.
  • Income support.

Plus one of the following:

  • Disabled child premium.
  • Parental responsibility for a child under 16 that lives at the property.
  • Parental responsibility for a child who is 16 or over, but under 20, and in full-time education other than higher education who  lives at the property.
  • Pension premium, Higher pension premium or Enhanced pension premium.
  • In receipt of child tax credit which includes a disability or severe disability element.
  • Disability premium, enhanced disability premium or severe disability premium.

Alternatively a Combination of these benefits will qualify:

  • Working tax credit (relevant income below £15,860)

Plus one of the following:

  • Aged 60 or over
  • Parental responsibility for a child under 16 that lives at the property.
  • Parental responsibility for a child who is 16 or over, but under 20, and in full time education other than higher education that lives at the property.
  • Receives disabled worker element or severe disability element.
